ADP Awards Clients’ Outsourcing Achievements at 2008 Conference

Annual “Meeting of the Minds” Conference Provides Unique Insights Into Outsourcing Best Practices and Emerging Technologies

ROSELAND, New Jersey (April 01, 2008) – ADP ® Employer Services, a leading provider of HR, payroll and benefits administration services, today recognized 16 clients for their commitment to outsourcing. This year’s awards were presented today in Las Vegas at ADP’s annual Meeting of the Minds Conference — a gathering of more than 500 organizations with more than 1,000 employees.

The winners were selected by a panel of industry experts, including independent analysts, third-party experts and ADP executives, to ensure that organizations were rewarded based on industry-wide best practices and achievements.

ADP Strategic Excellence Award Winners

This award recognizes companies that have successfully integrated ADP products or services into core strategic initiatives to improve efficiencies, save resources, money and time. This year’s awards went to CNA Financial of Chicago, and Urban Outfitters of Philadelphia.

Solution Innovation Award Winners

The Solution Innovation Award is presented to individuals or companies that have demonstrated a commitment to ADP user group activities, contributing to the future direction of ADP services, products and functionality. This year’s award was presented to Lufthansa Airlines of East Meadow, N.Y.

ADP Advocate Award Winners

The ADP Advocate award honors clients that have participated in numerous programs in support of ADP National Account Services, raising awareness of its products and services. This year’s awards went to Rexnord of Milwaukee, Wis. and Henry Schein of Melville, N.Y.

MVP Award Winners

This award honors clients that have demonstrated a long-term product loyalty or commitment to ADP. The following ADP clients are among several to receive the Most Valued Partner Award:
