Ascentis Corporation Announces New Customer Support Professionals

Three key staffing additions ensure excellence in customer support and satisfaction

Bellevue, Wash. (July 01, 2009) – Ascentis Corporation, a market leader in easy-to-use human resource management systems and real time, web-based payroll solutions, announced three new additions to core staff.

The Ascentis professional services team in Bellevue, Wash., welcomed Katherine Stern. Katherine brings with her a wide range of skills and experience gained from past professions such as customer service, software development, network administration and human resources management. As a professional services consultant, Katherine’s primary duties include working with clients’ IT and HR staff to understand their business processes and product requirements, and provide technology implementation services including installation, data conversion and import.

The Ascentis technical support team in Bellevue, Wash., welcomed Curtis Thiel. Curtis is an experienced sales engineer, a network designer, a help desk administrator and an IT support professional. As a Microsoft Certified Systems EngineerĀ®, and a former employee of an Ascentis partner, Curtis brings advanced technical skills and product knowledge to his role. Curtis’ primary responsibilities include responding promptly to customer requests, managing programming projects in partnership with the development team, and product testing.

The Ascentis client support team in Rocklin, Calif., also welcomed Monica Watson. Monica is a certified payroll professional that has worked in the industry on both the client and vendor side. As a client support representative, Monica’s duties include training clients on how to use various components of the payroll system, resolving client concerns, making changes to client setups, and writing reports.
