The New COBRA Rules – How Ceridian is Helping Employers will be broadcast live five times in March and April. To date, nearly 4,000 participants have signed up for the first three broadcasts, which are now full. Pre-registration is available at the Ceridian Understanding the New COBRA Subsidy Law Under ARRA registration page.

“Naturally, employers have numerous concerns and questions about the new COBRA law,” explains Mary Jo Davis, the Web forum’s speaker. “Ceridian’s introduction should help employers understand the new COBRA subsidy and how we can help implement the changes.”

Ms. Davis, a senior manager for Ceridian’s Benefits Continuation and Health and Welfare product lines, has more than 20 years of experience in the benefits industry. .

Some of the key questions Ceridian’s Web forum will answer include:

* What is required of employers and when must they act?

* Who is eligible?

* What are the new law’s key milestones?

* What is the risk of non-compliance?

* What is Ceridian doing to help employers implement these changes?

Web forum participants will have an opportunity to ask questions during the presentation.
