Attendees from companies of all sizes and industries will gain training, accreditation and networking opportunities

MINNEAPOLIS (July 14, 2006) – Today Ceridian, a leader in managed human resource outsourcing solutions that maximize the value of people (www.ceridian.com), reported that more than 760 of its customers will attend its 19th annual customer conference, INSIGHTS 2006, July 16-20 in Hollywood, Fla.

Attendees will be hosted by Ceridian employees at the Westin Diplomat Resort and Spa. They will have the opportunity to participate in comprehensive product training and demo sessions; legislative updates from Washington D.C. to help up-to-date, compliant and knowledgeable; and personal and professional development sessions.

Built-in accreditation elements also help attendees advance their careers. Ceridian INSIGHTS 2006 will offer nearly 200 sessions on human resources, payroll, benefits and management/executive topics. Participants can earn up to 1.8 continuing education (CEU) credits toward recertification for the American Payroll Association’s Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC). The event has also been approved for up to 17.5 recertification credit hours towards Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) recertification through the Human Resource Certification Institute.

“We once again are seeing tremendous interest among our customers to attend INSIGHTS. Many of the attendees are returning for their ninth or tenth consecutive year, and many are coming for the first time. Either way, they will experience what we believe is the best event of its kind in our industry. It’s also a testament to how loyal our customers are to us,” said Ronald L. Turner, president and chief executive officer, Ceridian Corporation, and one of the event’s keynote speakers. “We work very hard to ensure that every minute of time our customers invest to come to this event is well spent and can help them improve the work they do as strategic HR professionals on a daily basis.”

For the second consecutive year, Ceridian will also offer an opportunity for attendees to earn a diploma through Ceridian University. Launched in 2004, Ceridian University is a comprehensive program that provides Ceridian product certification for employees and customers, and offers access to preparation materials for industry certifications. A blended-learning environment, Ceridian University offers courses in a variety of formats including Web-based, distance learning, self-study and classroom training. By attending nine sessions (six required and three electives) at INSIGHTS 2006, attendees can earn a diploma in payroll administration, HR/benefits administration, systems technology, reporting administration or advanced reporting.
