Ceridian named one of Canada’s top 100 employers

Company Recognized for the Fourth Time as a Great Place to Work

Compiled annually by Mediacorp Canada Inc. and published in Maclean’s Magazine, the list profiles Canadian organizations that lead their industries in recruiting and retaining top talent and creating an engaging work environment.

This year, more than 1,500 employers started the detailed application process required to be considered for the 2007 edition of Canada’s Top 100 Employers. The finalists were determined after an in-depth review of their recruitment and retention programs by author Richard Yerema and his team. The review team looked for best practices and innovative approaches in eight key areas: Physical Workplace; Work Atmosphere & Social; Health, Financial & Family Benefits; Vacation & Time Off; Employee Communications; Performance Management; Training & Skills Development; and Community Involvement.”
