Thirty-five companies honored for their commitment to elevating the quality of life for their employees and communities.

MINNEAPOLIS (March 19, 2007) – Ceridian Corporation (NYSE: CEN) today announced it has been added to the prestigious Companies That Care Honor Roll. Honor Roll recipients are selected for their strong commitment to elevating the quality of life for their employees and for people in the broader community as well as adhering to all of the 10 Characteristics inherent to a Company That Cares.

The Honor Roll is selected by an independent panel of veteran professionals in a variety of industries. Ceridian, like the other companies named to the list, was honored because it sustains a work environment founded on dignity and respect for all employees, develops great leaders, communicates standards of ethics and integrity, actively supports the community, and demonstrates other outstanding attributes.

“Being named to the Honor Roll requires a steadfast commitment to all 10 Characteristics of caring companies,” commented Marci Koblenz, co-founder and president of the organization. “Given our rigorous evaluation process, we are truly excited to announce that the number of companies named to the Honor Roll increased by thirty percent this year. We applaud this year’s recipients, and are extremely pleased that a growing number of companies are focusing on their social responsibility in the workplace and the community,” concluded Koblenz.

The Honor Roll is announced annually on the third Thursday of March in conjunction with the annual launch of CAREDAYS, a month-long, national initiative to engage individuals and employers in activities addressing a significant societal issue in our communities. This year, CAREDAYS07: It’s Your Life, focuses on ways to improve the quality and length of life and providing financial support to community health clinics serving low-income and medically-underserved communities.
