Ceridian To Host 21st Annual Customer Conference

Attendees will have opportunities for training, accreditation, and networking at INSIGHTS 2008.

MINNEAPOLIS (July 14, 2008) – Ceridian Corporation, a leading provider of HR outsourcing solutions that help companies of all sizes maximize the power of their people while lowering their costs, announced today that approximately 800 customers will attend its 21st annual customer conference. INSIGHTS 2008 will be held July 13-17 in National Harbor, MD (just down the river from Washington, DC). Attendees will be hosted by Ceridian employees at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center.

The four day conference will include comprehensive training, product demonstrations, personal and professional development sessions, state and federal compliance updates, and much more. Over 100 unique sessions on human resources, payroll, benefits and management/executive topics will be offered.

Participants can earn up to 20.5 continuing education credits toward recertification for the American Payroll Association’s Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) designations. The event has also been approved for up to 19.5 recertification credit hours towards Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) recertification through the Human Resource Certification Institute. Built-in accreditation elements also help attendees advance their careers.

Ceridian will also offer an opportunity for attendees to earn a diploma through Ceridian University. Ceridian University is a comprehensive program that provides Ceridian product training in a variety of formats including Web-based, distance learning, self-study and classroom training.
