iCIMS and TMP Worldwide Sign Marketing and Referral Agreement

– TMP’s ATSolutions Group to Add iCIMS’ Talent Platform Application to its Roster of Human Resource Technologies & Services –

Hazlet, NJ (March 18, 2002) – iCIMS, a leading provider of web-based technologies for HR and recruiting professionals, and TMP Worldwide Inc., the world’s leading supplier of human capital solutions, today announced a new marketing and referral relationship.

Under this agreement, TMP’s ATSolutions Group will add the iCIMS Talent Platform application to the suite of human resources solutions offered by TMP’s ATSolutions Group.

By automating the process of searching, storing and tracking relevant job candidates’ resumes, iCIMS can increase the efficiency of a HR department by as much as 50 percent. iCIMS’ Talent Platform supports all major methods of resume acquisition to generate candidate profiles as new applicants enter the recruiting management system. In addition, iCIMS’ parses all incoming resumes for key skill sets pre-defined as vital to the client organization. The iCIMS Talent Platform application also alerts the HR manager responsible for each job opening when a qualified applicant submits a resume, and even tags the candidate profile with the job for which they applied.
