CCBI to Market iCIMS’ Talent Platform as Part of Current HR Technology Offerings

Hazlet, NJ (January 01, 2003) – iCIMS, a leading provider of web-based applicant tracking solutions for HR and recruiting professionals, and CCBI, a New Jersey-based HR Consultancy and Solutions provider, today announce the creation of a marketing and referral alliance.

Under the terms of the agreement, CCBI will add iCIMS’ Talent Platform to its already extensive suite of HR Management, Technology, and Personnel Solutions. Furthermore, iCIMS will market ProntoHR, an automated benefits and administration package, to its over 100 clients worldwide.

Powered over a global backbone of 13,000 Akamai servers, iCIMS’ Talent Platform streamlines the searching, storing and tracking processes of the recruitment cycle, increasing recruiting efficiency as much as fifty percent. Among other benefits, iCIMS’ technology eliminates the need for manual data entry, while creating a paperless recruiting environment. Additionally, iCIMS seamlessly integrates with a client’s corporate website automating the screening, filtering, and ranking of applicants from that source, while also providing resources to collect, track, and report on EEO-compliance data.
