ROSELAND, New Jersey (March 25, 2008) – ADP® Employer Services, a leading provider of HR, payroll and benefits administration services, today announced that Sodexo Inc. has selected ADP as its human resources (HR) business provider to deliver payroll and related services directly to Sodexo’s 100,000 U.S.-based employees.

By taking advantage of ADP’s Comprehensive Outsourcing Services (COS), Sodexo receives an end-to-end payroll solution that includes processing, administration and service center support for its U.S. employees, managers and practitioners. Moving to the ADP COS model enables Sodexo to leverage ADP’s deep payroll domain expertise while ensuring that its employees experience a smooth transition onto a proven payroll solution.

Sodexo, a leading provider of integrated food and facilities management services worldwide, sought a domain expert that could directly support all of its U.S.-based employees while complementing and integrating with Sodexo’s broader HR initiatives. This included interacting with Sodexo’s proprietary time and labor management (TLM) system, which captures time details from more than 9,000 business units every pay period.
